The following testimonials to our products and service are true to the original writer. They are not edited in any way beyond correcting the occasional spelling mistake and removing private addresses.

As promised, some feedback on the performance of our 15/12 Slipstreams.
You will recall our vessel is a 44' Bob Oram catamaram with a displacement
of 5200kgs.
We have 2 x 21hp Nanni diesels shaft driven with maximum revs of 3400.
At cruising revolutions of 2600, flat water no tide/current, we comfortably
achieve 7.5kts with a flatout speed of 9.5kts, both measured by GPS.
During close quarter manoeuvring you do need to give her plenty of revs,
more to do with low hp, but you can spin her on a sixpence.
You do need to pop the engines into reverse for a moment on occasions to
stop props spinning in neutral after turning off the motor and going to
sail, but no problem.
All in all we're very happy with the Slipstreams, every bit as good as our
old Autostream, and will happily sing their praises to any yachtie that is
talking props.
Iain Rae

(it should be noted that these folding props are being compared to their previous boat which used Autostream Feathering props, hence the needĀ for extra revs)
